1. Who We Are
HangarMax is a 3D hangar space planning tool operated by Riddick Realty, LLC DBA AV8 Realty, a company registered in the State of Florida. Our web application is available at hangarmax.com.

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically:
A. Information You Provide
- Account data — email address, display name, and password (or profile information from Google or Facebook if you use social login).
- Layout data — hangar configurations, aircraft placements, measurements, and other content you create in the editor.
- Payment data — processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Communications — messages, feedback, and support requests you send to us through the Services.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and browser information — browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, actions taken, and general interaction patterns.
- IP address and general location — used for security, fraud prevention, and to understand general geographic usage patterns. We do not use IP addresses for precise geolocation tracking.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the HangarMax service.
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
- Process subscriptions and billing.
- Send transactional communications (account confirmation, password reset, subscription changes).
- Communicate with you about service updates, changes, or issues.

We retain your account and layout data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (profile, layouts, locations) is permanently removed within 30 days. We may retain certain information for longer periods as necessary to comply with our legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, and our legal and regulatory obligations.
7. Cookies
HangarMax uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics service uses cookieless tracking by default, meaning no additional cookies are set for analytics purposes.
8. Your Rights

- Access — the right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — the right to correct inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion — the right to request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account settings.

- Opt-out of sale — we do not sell personal data; however, you have the right to direct us not to sell your data.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
HangarMax is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
11. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
12. Changes to This Policy
We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email or by prominent notice on the Services. All changes are effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided. Your continued use of the Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
